First, check that you are copying the full key exactly as shown in your Gumroad confirmation email (it is a UUID in the format XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX). If it still does not work, contact us with your order number and a screenshot of the error. We will validate manually and issue a replacement if needed. Our Refund Policy → covers faulty keys.
